SHABU SHABU is a Japanese nabemono hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables
boiled in a seaweed based broth and served with dipping sauces
SUKIYAKI is a Japanese nabemono hotpot dish, where thinly sliced meat and vegetables
are simmered in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and mirin (Japanese rice wine)
Shabu-shabu is considered more savoury and less sweet than sukiyaki
